11 months

Hannah is learning new things all the time, surprising us with what she knows how to do. We figured out that she knows the words "dance" and "stick out your tongue" and will actually do both when prompted. It is so adorable. I wonder what else she knows???

This girl LOVES cell phones. We decided to get out one of our old cell phones for her to play with since she has been accidentally calling people with ours. Of course, she still found mine and couldn't decide which one she really liked (above). She has started to put the phone up to her ear like she is talking, so that is pretty cute (below). She must see Mommy do it a lot!

My friend was telling me I should try out coloring with Hannah. She liked pulling the crayons out of the box and spent a lot of time tasting them...not much coloring was happening though! It was worth a try :)

Nate and Hannah watching some March Madness b-ball together. Whenever Nate would clap she would clap too. It was really sweet.
Below is a pic of all the Clark grandkids. All of us Mom's are staying home this year with the kiddos, so we got together to hang out. Although they aren't in the pic, my sister Amy also came with my nephew Jed, and another friend Amy came with her two sons Jace and Will. We had so much fun. Little Joshua, the baby boy on the left, is the newest Clark baby.

Here is Hannah looking at her picture book of people that love her! She loves to look at books. Every morning after she finishes eating, she immediately leans over my lap to look into her book basket. Hopefully her love for books continues to grow! Speaking of growing...I started making things for her birthday party since her 1 year birthday is quickly approaching. It is sad and exciting all at the same time!

As Hannah's 10th month comes to an end, I can't stop thinking about how fast she is growing up and how much joy she brings Nate and I each day. Above is our most recent family picture. It seems we take a million pics of Hannah but not many with us and her together!
This is one of her favorite things to do right now...hold a spoon (or really any toy) out of her mouth without using her hands. It makes us laugh all the time.

She also loves to go through bags or baskets and empty them out. We went to Nate's staff basketball game the other night and she was entertained the whole time when I let her dig through the diaper bag and throw it all out on the bleachers. Above is her emptying out her toy basket, and below is her trying to get into the food pantry. I have always been lazy about shutting doors or drawers, but I am learning quickly to shut things to keep her out! A couple pics down is Nate putting those latches on the cabinets so she can't open them.

Below is a pic of Hannah's little face looking straight into the video monitor. She often plays with the camera when she wakes up from a nap. Probably time to move that out of reach, too!

We have been loving the nice weather. Hannah gets really excited when I pick her up and head for the door. She starts kicking her feet and waving her arms. We took her to the park for the first time and tried out the swing and slide.

One of the biggest accomplishments of the week...learning SO BIG! She has been raising her arms up in the air for a couple weeks, but she wouldn't put the action and words together. This week she did...it was very exciting for me because I have been trying to teach her this for quite awhile.
I love this pic of Nate and her. Nate is an awesome Dad.
I will leave you with a sweet smile. Enjoy your weekend!

Hannah is becoming more adventurous every day. She is easily pleased and has so much fun exploring. Although she definitely likes attention, she really plays great independently around the house and in her crib after naps.
Below are some pics of her from this week.

Hannah has the sweetest smile. You can kind of see her top teeth in this picture. She has one really big tooth, and now two other top teeth have broke through totaling 5 teeth!

Nate lowered Hannah's crib, and the next morning she was standing in her crib when we went in to get her. Good timing! She loves to pull herself up.

Last week I said that she likes to touch her bears after her naps. This week she figured out she could stand up underneath them and touch them on her own!!!

One of Hannah's new things the last couple of weeks is her nodding her head up and down. She loves to raise up her chin like this.

Here is Hannah with Grandpa Ringger and Great Grandpa Ringger...

And Hannah with Great Grandma Ringger.

Playing with her ball popper

Hannah with her cousins Josiah and Jed. This was the best pic I could get. Most of the time Jed and Hannah were trying to crawl the opposite directions!

Hannah has also learned how to scowl. She doesn't necessarily do it when she is upset, I think she just likes the feeling of her furrowed brow.

Below she is standing up on her toy, which she likes to do often now. Have a great weekend!

A bunch of pictures as a 10 month old

Hannah is now 10 months and taking advantage of her army crawl. She was cracking me up yesterday because she was so happy and proud of herself as she made her way around the house. I caught her smiling as she crawled so many times. She has been pushing up onto all fours from a belly position, so continued progress is being made. The pic above is her crawling underneath our table. The pictures below are of her making her first attempt to explore the kitchen! She went from one thing to the next...it was so cute.

Below is Hannah with her new standing/walking toy we are borrowing from cousin Jed. She hasn't figured out the walking part yet, but she loves to stand.

Here she is eating cheese. It made me laugh when she was shoveling it into her mouth and it was hanging out all over. She thought it was funny, too!

One of Hannah's big achievements in the last couple of weeks is her learning to clap!!!! She loves to clap and will usually do it when we say "clap Hannah"!

After nap time, she almost always wants to go over and play with her mobile bears.

We have a new nephew, congrats to Tiff and Jeff on baby Joshua! My sister in law Casie and my nieces Emery and Elena went with Hannah and I to go visit them.We stuck all the girls in the backseat. We had to squeeze hard to get them buckled in back there!

Hannah with Grandma Ringger...

Hannah holding her cousin Josiah's hand...so sweet.

After 10 months, Hannah still absolutely loves her white "magic" blanket.
She loves to rub it up in her face.

I love her toothy smile!
Hannah being Mommy's helper as I did laundry.
For some reason she likes to sit in the laundry basket.
The other morning I found her sitting up in her crib when I came in. That was a first.
Lastly, her favorite toy right now is her singing teapot. Have a great week everyone!
