Thanksgiving

We are so thankful for this little girl!
We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with family.  We definitely have MUCH to be thankful for! All the Clarks were together on Thursday which was a lot of fun.  Hannah was happy to spend some time playing with Aunt B. (above) and her and Uncle Steve's new puppy Ruby (below)!

Of course, Hannah was able to get some quality time with Papa Jack and Maggie (Grandma).

She loves playing with Daddy as well (below) , but usually she cries when we have to take her away from both sets of grandparents. I am glad she loves them so much!  We spent time with the Ringger side over the weekend, but sadly no pics to document all the fun we had!

We have also spent some time preparing for our family to grow very soon!  I am 39 weeks today and thankfully still feeling pretty well.  I have definitely been blessed with a great pregnancy and love feeling this little guy move all over.  We are ready to meet him though and hope he comes sometime this week!
Hannah in "Baby Brother's" crib!  We are going with the sports theme for his nursery.

38 week baby belly! Hannah has been coming up to my stomach and saying "baby"! Hope she is ready for his arrival!

Always something new

A few new things about Hannah...

1.  She loves to bring Nate and I our shoes and try to put them on our feet.  She also likes to put them on her feet (see above)!

2.  She loves to sweep with her ball popper.

3.  She always makes the train noise when she hears a train.  The other morning I was watching her in the monitor.  She was just sitting there with her pacifier in her mouth,  playing with her dolls and books. She heard the train, took out her paci, said "choo choo" and then put her paci right back in.  It was so cute.

4.  She likes to give Nate and I hugs and point to us and say "My Daddy" or "My Mommy".

5.  Hannah and I always pray on our way to the sitter in the morning.  This week when we turned down the street that she lives on,  Hannah automatically folded her hands together to pray before I even said anything.  It was so sweet.

6. She likes to say "It's hot"  for hot drinks or food.

7.  In preparation for the baby,  we have the car seat sitting in the baby's room.  Hannah loves to go into the room, put her baby dolls in the car seat, and rock them like crazy.

8.  She still loves Maya so much, but she makes sure she tells Maya "MINE" if Maya tries to take her snack!!

Finally, below are a couple of pics from Nate's 30th birthday celebration a few weeks back.  Both sides of our family came to celebrate which was so much fun.
Here is Nate and Hannah with a couple of his brothers, nieces and nephew, and his parents.
Almost 38 weeks pregnant!!!  We can't wait for baby to arrive!  Have a great week!

Our Little Cheerleader

We had a great Halloween weekend we our little IU Cheerleader.  She just looked adorable! She wore her costume three different times...trick or treating at the library, a Halloween party, and neighborhood trick or treating with Mommy, Daddy, Papa Jack, and Maggie!  It was so nice (and fun) to have them take her house to house.  She was a little overwhelmed by all the kids and costumes, but she did great.

Below she is dancing with Daddy and watching animal videos online.  She is saying and identifying more and more animal names, pictures, and noises all the time.  She can also point out many body parts and is saying lots of words. She has been calling us "Mommy" and "Daddy" for quite a while now, but the other day she called out "Mommy" from her crib in the morning for the 1st time.  She usually just sits in there and babbles, but that morning she was ready for Mommy!!   That was really sweet for me to hear!  One of her favorite words to say is "pumpkin"! One of her shirts and bows had pumpkins on it and she just pointed to those pumpkins and said the word all day when she was wearing it.  It was pretty cute.   She really seems to be growing up a lot lately!  Her life is going to change in just a few weeks when we welcome her little brother into the world.  We are down to the last month...very exciting!
